Launching an exclusive collection of diamond jewellery from Malabar Gold and Diamonds

THE Campaign

Malabar Gold and Diamonds enjoys a loyal base of customers who sit in a higher age bracket. The brand’s goal is to recruit a younger bracket of consumers and strengthen an emotional connection with this target audience. This consumer is an independent, self-made woman who has the courage and confidence to thrive in the world - to ask ‘why not’ and imagine a life for herself. To appeal to this consumer, the brand designed a collection of diamond jewellery that is a medley of intricate curves and folds turning each jewellery into a masterpiece we knew we had to craft a story worthy of the craftsmanship.

Shape

We drew inspiration from the intricacies of the product design, and found a connection between the waves and folds in the jewellery and the life journey of our consumer. We crafted a story that is a celebration of women who, in their own way, navigate the ups and downs, the twists and turns of womanhood. 

We named the collection NUWA which means founder or creator of the universe - a fitting tribute to women and their living giving power.

Vibrant Key Visuals and engaging DVC brought the campaign to life but we gave it longevity through the year with multi channel interpretations.

Our store shutters turned into art when Graffiti artists from the city painted their interpretation of the idea and Influencer stook to these backdrops to create be spoke content

AMPLIFICATION IS AN ART

Further down the line, we extended the central idea with an Influencer Campaign partnering 6 unique creators like doodle artists to fluid artists and inspired the world with their magic and excellence.

#CREATE WITH PRIDE

For Pride month, we celebrated representation, equality, and self-expression by partnering with creators within the LGBTQ+ community and made it a point to spotlight their art and celebrate their creativity, which was much appreciated by our audience and the artists alike.

PRODUCT LAUNCH? MAKE IT AWESOME

For the launch of Mochi’s evening wear collection we created an IP named After Hours and flipped stores to become a party venue after closing hours.

We hosted a party celebrating the coming together of two Makers of Awesome - Mochi and content creators like Aneri Vajani, Sakshi Shivdasani, with music, dance, food and some amazing shoes.
